Our inhouse team of user researchers have over a decade experience in the field.
During our time working on high profile government and private sector projects we have noticed an area of the UK’s demographic, dear to our hearts, that is not fully catered for. Potential users who fall under assisted digital are often hard to engage and therefore (not for a lack of trying) are not proportionately represented when user research is carried out for digital services.
AssistedDotDigital is our name because this is our target market. We have established a network of participants who fall under the ‘assisted digital’ banner, we can call on to participate in research sessions / studies.
Assisted digital can also carry out the research for you. We have full time experienced researchers as well as research assistants / administrators.
We will work closely with your organisation to understand your objectives and can carry out one to one interviews, usability studies, ethnographic studies or any other requirements you may have.
Our researchers are also available for short term and long-term projects at competitive rates.
